Mr. Amit explains about Wakelet which is a free visual content platform helping people, businesses, and academic institutions organize and curate their online information so it is easier to find and share. It is an incredible user-generated content curation engine.
Wakelet allows anyone to assemble collections of links, videos, and images on any topic they like. The idea with Wakelet is to augment traditional Google search results with topic-based, human-curated collections.
He also explains about Flipgrid, how its a boon for educators. Grids are the meeting place for your classroom, your school, your department or any learning community to discuss your Topics. How Learners share their ideas, stories and work. How to Watch confidence and creativity flourish as your learners record short, authentic videos based on your Topics. From the back row to the front, every learner shares their voice and builds upon the diverse voices of their peers.
Share individual learner videos with family members or curate MixTape collections of videos for families to follow. To extend the discussion, create Guest Mode Topics and invite families to record from home or during conferences! Educators always have full control of Grids and videos.
